This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions.
• Ensure the accuracy of employee records and maintain data integrity across HR systems.
• Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Provide support for documentation, letters, and communications related to HR.
• Organize and deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to facilitate successful employee integration.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs.
• Manage and oversee HRIS and other HR/People systems.
• Create reports and dashboards to aid People analytics and decision-making while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with audits, documentation, and regulatory obligations.
• Help update and maintain the employee handbook and relevant HR policies.
• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll inputs, ad-hoc audits, and reporting.
• Support benefits enrollment and address employee queries.
• Aid in recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer coordination.
• Work alongside Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Assist in the implementation of People programs and process enhancements; contribute to the development of scalable processes and documentation.
• Support everyday HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Maintain and actively audit employee data in HR systems, ensuring precision and confidentiality.
• Assist with monthly and ad-hoc HR reporting and analytics (e.g., headcount, attrition, compensation tracking/changes).
• Collaborate with the HR Generalist on employee relations, policies, documentation, and compliance initiatives.
• Organize and support critical HR processes such as performance reviews, benefits administration, and internal communications.
• Respond to employee inquiries, providing high-quality service and support.
• Help schedule candidate interviews for the North America team to meet hiring needs.
• Assist with cross-functional, global operational initiatives led by the HR team (e.g., L&D initiatives, All Hands meetings).
• Solid understanding of HR processes and employment practices.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a tendency toward action.
• 3-5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Capability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools (e.g., Justworks, Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring flexibility.
• Knowledge of modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms.
• Experience supporting global or distributed teams.
• Awareness of compliance regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Interest in People analytics, systems, and process optimization.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage various priorities effectively.
