
HR Payroll Time Analyst, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take charge of the complete Payroll Time processes for designated pay groups using Workday.
• Examine time data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancing operations.
• Generate and maintain both recurring and ad hoc reports to assist business leaders, audits, compliance needs, and workforce analysis.
• Address complex inquiries from employees and managers through thorough analysis of time data and resolution of issues.
• Design and implement testing scenarios, including user acceptance testing (UAT), system enhancements, and new feature rollouts.
• Process and verify retroactive time transactions while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
• Supervise payroll time controls, pinpoint process risks and gaps in controls, and enact corrective measures.
• Collaborate with Payroll and other cross-functional teams to address issues and streamline processes.
• Propel continuous process improvement initiatives by utilizing data insights, automation, AI tools, and reporting capabilities.
• Oversee project deliverables from start to finish, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Assist with the administration of the Workday Time module and contribute to system optimization efforts.
• Bachelor's degree or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Payroll and/or Time-to-Pay.
• At least 2 years of experience with payroll time regulations specific to Germany.
• Proficiency in both English and German.
• Comprehensive knowledge of company policies and compliance requirements specific to Germany.
• Strong familiarity with payroll time systems, ideally Workday Time.
• Intermediate skills in Excel are required; experience with Power BI is preferred.
• Solid understanding of payroll compliance and time administration processes.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze complex data and convert insights into actionable business solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and offer practical recommendations.
• Proven track record of identifying trends and proactively suggesting process enhancements.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating insights to stakeholders at various levels.
