HR Payroll Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the LOGA payroll system across the organization for centralized payroll processing and facility management.

• Ensure consistent, efficient, and dependable operations within the payroll environment.

• Examine, evaluate, and address system-related inquiries from payroll and organizational facilities.

• Implement legal, collective agreement, and internal organizational requirements.

• Assist with system releases, testing, and technical improvements.

• Manage and optimize connections with associated payroll and financial systems.

• Aid in conducting data quality assessments.

• Contribute to reporting functions and user training initiatives.

• Support organization-wide payroll IT and digital transformation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training, a university degree, or an equivalent qualification related to payroll, business, or IT.

• Professional experience in payroll management.

• Knowledge of monthly payroll processes.

• Practical experience with LOGA or a similar payroll system is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of statutory and collective agreement requirements in payroll.

• Passion for analyzing, optimizing, and further developing system-supported payroll processes.

• Structured, solution-focused, and service-oriented work approach.

• Confident communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
