This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Organize and maintain precise personnel records for ease of access by all HR staff and Managers.
β’ Complete essential documentation and forms for any employee changes, ensuring that corporate HR has the necessary paperwork to uphold employment records.
β’ Maintain a filing system for employment records, including scanning and filing relevant HR-related documentation, and uploading files into the HRIS system.
β’ Oversee the organization of document storage to guarantee compliance with record-keeping regulations and facilitate easy access to necessary forms.
β’ Carry out various clerical tasks and any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
β’ Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring new hire documents are accurate and comply with Federal and State laws.
β’ Prepare Offer Letters.
β’ Schedule pre-employment screenings.
β’ Initiate new hire onboarding documents and perform data entry of new hires into the HRIS system.
β’ Monitor onboarding activities throughout the new-hire process, alerting local HR when items are delayed or incomplete.
β’ Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
β’ Support the HR department with projects and the administration of corporate programs.
β’ Demonstrated work experience as an HR Administrator, Coordinator, or in a similar role.
β’ A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree or equivalent college education is preferred.
