This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage and enhance BambooHR, focusing on its configuration, workflows, custom fields, permissions, security roles, and integrations.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, enhancements, module implementations, user acceptance testing, and change management processes.
• Resolve HR system issues and collaborate with BambooHR support.
• Ensure the accuracy of employee data throughout the global employee lifecycle.
• Create HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics.
• Produce reports on headcount, turnover, organizational compliance, and workforce planning.
• Design, document, and continuously enhance global HR processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for automation to enhance employee and manager self-service.
• Develop process maps and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee integrations with payroll, benefits, ATS, and SSO systems.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners.
• Diagnose integration issues and address data discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance of HR systems with company policies and data privacy regulations.
• Uphold security controls, audit readiness, and data retention practices.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing HR system documentation and reports.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS Administration, or People Systems.
• Direct, hands-on experience with administering BambooHR is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in developing HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Experience managing integrations with payroll, benefits, ATS, and SSO systems.
• A solid understanding of HR data management, reporting, and system administration best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and integrity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Capacity to partner effectively across various business functions.
• Preferred: experience supporting a multi-region or global workforce.
• Preferred: experience in a post-merger integration or M&A environment.
• Preferred: experience in implementing or optimizing HR systems and HR technology solutions.
