HR Operations Specialist Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver prompt assistance for inquiries from employees and managers received by the HRC.

• Aid in case management and administrative tasks within ServiceNow.

• Facilitate onboarding processes, which include tracking pre-employment cases, start dates, and necessary screenings.

• Engage with candidates and hiring teams to collect information, support subsequent steps, and resolve onboarding delays or risks.

• Assist with maintaining HR data, conducting quality checks, and reporting while safeguarding confidential employee information.

• Support the documentation and updates of HR systems, identifying and reporting any data or system discrepancies.

• Record HR processes and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing efficiency, standardization, and the overall employee experience.

• Provide project and administrative assistance for HR Operations initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in an internship, customer service, administrative, or HR role is preferred.

• Coursework or familiarity with HR operations, HRIS, analytics, or process improvement is advantageous.

• Basic analytical skills with spreadsheets, data, and systems such as Excel, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.

• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.

• Capacity to uphold confidentiality.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while adapting to new technologies and HR systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
