HR Operations Specialist Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Deliver prompt assistance for inquiries from employees and managers directed to the HRC

• Aid in case management and administrative tasks within ServiceNow

• Support onboarding processes, including overseeing pre-employment cases, start dates, and necessary screenings

• Engage with candidates and hiring teams to collect information, facilitate next steps, and resolve onboarding delays or concerns

• Assist in the maintenance of HR data, conducting quality checks and reporting while ensuring the confidentiality of employee information

• Contribute to the documentation and updates of HR systems, identifying and escalating any data or system inconsistencies

• Help in documenting HR processes and identifying opportunities for enhancing efficiency, standardization, and the overall employee experience

• Provide project and administrative support for HR Operations initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related discipline

• Previous experience in an internship, customer service, administrative role, or HR is preferred

• Coursework or experience related to HR operations, HRIS, analytics, or process improvement is advantageous

• Basic analytical abilities with spreadsheets and data management tools such as Excel, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service

• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking capabilities, and the ability to maintain confidentiality

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while adapting to new technologies and HR systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
