This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Act as the main HR advisor for designated countries (mainly Belgium), overseeing intricate employment issues throughout the employee lifecycle and serving as a reliable contact for both clients and employees.
• Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations by offering expert advice, maintaining country-specific processes, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Provide an exceptional experience for employees and clients by addressing HR inquiries, facilitating key employment events, and delivering practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Promote operational excellence through ongoing process enhancement, standardization, and optimization of HR practices across various entities and jurisdictions.
• Work collaboratively with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners to guarantee the smooth provision of HR services and scalable solutions.
• Assist in reporting, audits, HR administration, knowledge management, and strategic projects that drive the success and growth of the organization.
• Over 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Advisory, or a comparable client-facing HR position.
• In-depth knowledge of Belgian employment law and HR practices, with the capability to confidently advise and take the lead on employee lifecycle issues, compliance requirements, and employment-related risks.
• Proficient in balancing customer needs, compliance obligations, and business goals in a dynamic international setting.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch, French, or German (both written and spoken).
