This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Manage and coordinate the comprehensive onboarding process for new hires.
β’ Supervise the offboarding procedures for employees leaving the organization.
β’ Keep employee records accurate, up-to-date, and subject to regular audits.
β’ Ensure secure handling and proper organization of HR documentation.
β’ Track modifications in labor regulations and guarantee compliance with HR policies.
β’ Prepare and deliver HR reports as necessary.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR issues.
β’ Collaborate with HRIS and data teams to enhance system functionalities.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR operations.
β’ In-depth knowledge of local labor regulations in at least one EU country.
β’ Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR is highly preferred).
β’ Exceptional organizational and documentation capabilities.
β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
β’ Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
β’ Proven problem-solving abilities.
β’ Experience in supporting HR process improvements or change management initiatives is highly desirable.
