β’ Act as the main point of contact for team members who are navigating leaves of absence, which include medical, parental, and company-sponsored leaves.
β’ Oversee the entire leave process from initiation to completion, including intake, case tracking, documentation milestones, and coordination for return-to-work.
β’ Offer clear and compassionate guidance to both team members and managers throughout the leave process.
β’ Ensure thorough and consistent case documentation is maintained to support continuity and readiness for audits.
β’ A minimum of 5 yearsβ experience in managing high-touch, case-based HR processes, with a strong preference for leave management experience.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
β’ A clear and professional communication style, demonstrating a high level of empathy and discretion.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
β’ Proficient in using HR systems and documentation tools, with HRIS experience being preferred.
β’ An adaptable mindset with a readiness to support changing priorities.
β’ This temporary position does not come with benefits eligibility.
