This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
β’ Take charge of People Operations for a globally distributed team, managing everything from employee inquiries and lifecycle changes to onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits, and HR systems.
β’ Collaborate with the broader People team to implement essential People programs, including performance evaluations, engagement surveys, compensation cycles, and probation monitoring.
β’ Develop and enhance processes, workflows, programs, and self-service experiences to ensure they are clear, consistent, and user-friendly.
β’ Maintain accurate and actionable people data, managing BambooHR, supporting reporting, and providing the team with the necessary visibility.
β’ Ensure that core People Operations remain compliant, organized, and ready for audits across various systems, training, documentation, and employee records.
β’ Work in close collaboration with Finance, IT, People Partners, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations for payroll inputs, onboarding, EOR processes, and vendor management.
β’ Create scalable and thoughtful People Operations as Masabi expands, enhancing the employee experience during critical moments in the employee lifecycle.
β’ You have experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a HR Generalist position, and you are comfortable managing responsibilities from start to finish.
β’ You are proficient with systems, spreadsheets, and data, utilizing them to stay organized, identify patterns, and inform decisions.
β’ You actively seek out opportunities to enhance processes and enjoy developing workflows and straightforward solutions that facilitate scalability and ease.
β’ You are hands-on and attentive to details while maintaining a focus on the larger objectives.
β’ You are proactive and self-motivated, identifying gaps and taking initiative to address them without needing direction.
β’ You exhibit empathy and sound judgment when supporting individuals, particularly in sensitive or ambiguous situations.
β’ You are enthusiastic about leveraging automation, AI, or technology to streamline tasks and enhance the employee experience.
