HR Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist in People Operations initiatives related to onboarding, internal mobility, payroll, performance management, benefits enrollment, and offboarding.

• Ensure the accuracy, security, and compliance of HRIS software by maintaining and optimizing it.

• Supervise HR Case queues and dashboards to guarantee timely resolution according to service level agreements (SLAs).

• Provide training and support for HR staff and employees on HR systems while troubleshooting any issues that arise.

• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies or instances of missing information.

• Collect, monitor, compile, and disseminate HR and Operations metrics.

• Configure Workday EIB for effective data transfer.

• Address technical issues related to Workday EIB.

• Implement EIB loads based on approved configuration workbooks.

• Manage EIB load volumes via ServiceNow tickets.

• Engage in employee-experience projects and offer support during testing phases.

• Update and maintain employee records in HR systems and databases.

• Assist with HR projects, initiatives, and process enhancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience in a human resources setting.

• Preferred experience with HCM systems, particularly Workday.

• Proficient in HRIS, Workday, and the MS Office Suite.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Knowledge of HR procedures and policies.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Strong focus on customer service.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

• Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data.

• Highly process-oriented with proven examples of effective HR project management and relevant metrics.

• Capability to analyze and utilize data to inform actions and processes.

• Skill in identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
