This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Ensure effective and compliant HR administration encompassing contracts, registrations, HRIS, and labor law matters.
• Maintain and enhance HR policies, processes, and documentation focusing on scalability and efficiency.
• Manage employee data within the HRIS, guaranteeing high data quality, confidentiality, and conducting regular audits.
• Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with external partners, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Supervise time & attendance tracking and administration of employee benefits.
• Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding payroll, labor law, and HR operational inquiries.
• Assist in the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Foster continuous improvement in HR operations and take charge of smaller HR projects.
• Provide support to HR Business Partners, recruitment, and people development initiatives as needed.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Administration, ideally within a rapidly growing international setting.
• Familiarity with HR matters in Belgium; experience in other countries is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and French OR Dutch; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong understanding of payroll, labor law, and HR processes in Belgium; international payroll experience is beneficial.
• Practical experience with HRIS systems and digital HR tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude towards employees and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in handling data, reports, and KPIs.
