This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Take ownership of and enhance HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
β’ Oversee payroll and benefits vendors, ensuring performance, controls, and statutory compliance; the HR Generalist manages monthly processing.
β’ Guarantee compliance with local employment laws; maintain country-specific contract templates and coordinate with external counsel when necessary.
β’ Manage commission governance and administration in collaboration with sales and finance departments.
β’ Collaborate with the HRIS Specialist and HR Generalist to maintain accurate HR data, ensure compliance, and facilitate practical reporting.
β’ Provide support on complex employee relations cases from initial stages to resolution.
β’ Develop and refine processes and automation within our HR system alongside the HRIS Specialist, focusing on automation, data quality, and the practical application of AI tools where beneficial.
β’ A minimum of 5 yearsβ experience in international HR operations across multiple countries.
β’ A degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of multi-country employment practices, payroll, benefits, and HR systems.
β’ Proficiency in English and a good working knowledge of German.
β’ Analytical, organized, and pragmatic with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills; able to balance global consistency with local requirements.
β’ Comfortable working in an international and distributed environment, with a curious mindset and eagerness to learn.
β’ Interest in leveraging AI and automation to streamline work processes.
β’ Experience in a commercial or sales-oriented setting.
β’ Familiarity with EU labor legislation.
