HR Operations Manager, Global Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

• Oversee payroll and benefits vendors, ensuring performance, controls, and statutory compliance; the HR Generalist manages monthly processing.

• Guarantee compliance with local employment laws; maintain country-specific contract templates and coordinate with external counsel when necessary.

• Manage commission governance and administration in collaboration with sales and finance departments.

• Collaborate with the HRIS Specialist and HR Generalist to maintain accurate HR data, ensure compliance, and facilitate practical reporting.

• Provide support on complex employee relations cases from initial stages to resolution.

• Develop and refine processes and automation within our HR system alongside the HRIS Specialist, focusing on automation, data quality, and the practical application of AI tools where beneficial.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in international HR operations across multiple countries.

• A degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

• Comprehensive knowledge of multi-country employment practices, payroll, benefits, and HR systems.

• Proficiency in English and a good working knowledge of German.

• Analytical, organized, and pragmatic with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills; able to balance global consistency with local requirements.

• Comfortable working in an international and distributed environment, with a curious mindset and eagerness to learn.

• Interest in leveraging AI and automation to streamline work processes.

• Experience in a commercial or sales-oriented setting.

• Familiarity with EU labor legislation.
