HR Operations Manager, Global Sales

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take ownership of and enhance HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

β€’ Oversee payroll and benefits vendors, ensuring performance, controls, and statutory compliance; the HR Generalist manages monthly processing.

β€’ Guarantee compliance with local employment laws; maintain country-specific contract templates and coordinate with external counsel when necessary.

β€’ Manage commission governance and administration in collaboration with sales and finance departments.

β€’ Collaborate with the HRIS Specialist and HR Generalist to maintain accurate HR data, ensure compliance, and facilitate practical reporting.

β€’ Provide support on complex employee relations cases from initial stages to resolution.

β€’ Develop and refine processes and automation within our HR system alongside the HRIS Specialist, focusing on automation, data quality, and the practical application of AI tools where beneficial.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 5 years’ experience in international HR operations across multiple countries.

β€’ A degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

β€’ Comprehensive knowledge of multi-country employment practices, payroll, benefits, and HR systems.

β€’ Proficiency in English and a good working knowledge of German.

β€’ Analytical, organized, and pragmatic with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving abilities.

β€’ Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills; able to balance global consistency with local requirements.

β€’ Comfortable working in an international and distributed environment, with a curious mindset and eagerness to learn.

β€’ Interest in leveraging AI and automation to streamline work processes.

β€’ Experience in a commercial or sales-oriented setting.

β€’ Familiarity with EU labor legislation.
