This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Take charge of and manage the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding.
β’ Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins to assess engagement, well-being, and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues such as burnout, low performance, and retention concerns.
β’ Collaborate closely with Department Heads and Team Leads to enhance team effectiveness, boost performance, and resolve intricate personnel matters.
β’ Lead and facilitate leadership and team development initiatives to cultivate strong managerial capabilities.
β’ Analyze HR metrics and convert data into actionable insights and strategic business recommendations.
β’ Assist with compensation and performance review processes, ensuring equity, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
β’ Continuously enhance and refine HR processes, frameworks, and internal policies.
β’ Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects that support organizational growth and scaling.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR People Partner, or in a comparable HR role.
β’ Proficient in English.
β’ Practical experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, retention, and offboarding.
β’ Solid understanding of performance management and employee motivation principles.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with managers and employees at all levels.
β’ Comfortable working with HR data, metrics, and reports, with the capability to make informed decisions based on insights.
β’ Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
