This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Serve as the subject matter expert on HR best practices, ensuring that all contractor agreements and internal policies are both compliant and competitive.
β’ Oversee the complete contractor lifecycle, which includes managing attendance, providing coaching, and resolving conflicts.
β’ Create and execute retention strategies specifically designed for a remote staffing environment.
β’ Act as a primary liaison for high-value clients, offering real-time updates regarding contractor issues, bonuses, and engagement.
β’ Assist the HR and Recruitment Manager in leading HR Operations to guarantee that all deliverables meet quality standards, even within tight timelines.
β’ Identify, address, and resolve client or contractor issues promptly to avert service interruptions.
β’ Handle multiple projects concurrently, employing project management tools to monitor their health and progress.
β’ Review and enhance onboarding processes to ensure swift integration and time-to-productivity.
β’ Evaluate recruitment and HR metrics to deliver data-driven reports to senior leadership.
β’ A minimum of five (5) years of experience in HR and/or Client Success, with at least 2β3 years in a leadership role.
β’ Strong expertise in Contractor Management (independent contractors, BPO, staffing, or staff augmentation).
β’ Proven track record in a client-facing position where you managed expectations and dealt with high-stakes escalations.
β’ Ability to excel in a night-shift environment while maintaining optimal performance during non-traditional hours.
β’ Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.

β’ **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**
β’ - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**.
β’ - Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**.
β’ - Backup connection must support work during a power outage.
β’ - Desktop or laptop must be equipped with at least: **Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer)**, **Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer)**, **AMD Ryzen 5**, or an equivalent processor.
β’ - A minimum of **8 GB RAM**.
β’ - Backup device must meet or exceed the performance of an **Intel Core i3** processor.
