HR Operations Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Ensure precise and confidential management of records within the HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now).

• Oversee the orientation and onboarding processes for new employees.

• Supervise the offboarding procedures for employees leaving the organization.

• Provide assistance in administering all company benefit programs.

• Aid in managing the company’s leave of absence and reasonable accommodations programs.

• Act as the primary backup for payroll processing activities.

• Maintain the monthly scorecard program for our property team members and their supervisors.

• Assist in the communication, interpretation, and maintenance of the team member handbook.

• Support employee relations investigations as required.

• Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation pertaining to employment compliance.

• Facilitate or support training initiatives related to employee relations, compliance, harassment prevention, and managerial best practices.

• Manage the inbox for the People Experience Team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant HR position.

• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.

• Strong foundational skills in the Microsoft suite of tools, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.

• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is highly preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Previous experience adapting to new technologies with an interest in developing workflow automations and utilizing AI.

• Proactive ownership and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional judgment.

• High level of curiosity, with the ability to effectively multi-task, organize, and prioritize responsibilities.
