This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Ensure accurate and confidential record-keeping within the HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now), which includes entering information for new hires, job changes, termination data, and uploading relevant documents.
• Oversee the orientation and onboarding processes for new team members.
• Manage the offboarding process for team members who are leaving.
• Assist in administering all company benefits programs.
• Provide support for the administration of the company's leave of absence and reasonable accommodations programs.
• Act as the primary backup for payroll processing.
• Maintain the monthly scorecard program for property team members and leaders.
• Help with communication, interpretation, and maintenance of the team member handbook.
• Assist with matters related to employee relations investigations.
• Support audits, reporting, and documentation pertaining to employment compliance.
• Aid in training programs related to employee relations and compliance.
• Manage the People Experience Team inbox, providing primary support for day-to-day inquiries from team members.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related HR position.
• A solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong foundational knowledge of the Microsoft suite of tools, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint. Familiarity with Power Automate tools is a plus.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is highly preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in adapting to new technologies, with an interest in developing workflow automations and utilizing AI.
• A proactive approach to ownership and problem-solving.
• The capacity to exercise outstanding judgment, including knowing when to escalate issues.
• A strong sense of curiosity, with the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
