This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries regarding onboarding, attendance, benefits, documentation, systems access, payroll follow-up, accommodations, and scheduling.
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish.
• Organize employee documentation and ensure internal systems remain accurate and current.
• Assist with the recruitment and internal hiring initiatives.
• Contribute to the enhancement and modernization of internal systems, including attendance tracking, training, and operational organization.
• Offer operational support to our Legal and Employee Relations departments, handling confidential issues related to disputes, disciplinary actions, investigations, and compliance.
• Recognize inefficiencies and bottlenecks, proactively addressing them before they escalate into larger issues.
• Deliver administrative and organizational support to senior leadership.
• Experience in one or more areas: operations, HR, administration, recruiting, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, legal support, office coordination, or project coordination.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, reactive, high-volume settings.
• Excellent written communication, organizational abilities, and remarkable attention to detail.
• Demonstrated capability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Proficient in managing multiple competing priorities while remaining responsive and organized.
• Self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, or Kandji is advantageous.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to company offices and maintain flexibility outside of standard hours when urgent issues arise.
