HR & Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract exceptional marketing talent

• Provide support to marketers during their journey with MyMarketer

• Foster community and engagement within our team

• Assist with MMUs and internal training initiatives

• Contribute to the enhancement of our hiring and personnel systems as we expand

• Recruiting & Talent: Assessing applications, sourcing top marketing candidates, communicating with applicants, coordinating interviews, aiding in candidate evaluations, and developing and refining hiring assignments.

• Community & Culture: Ensuring marketers feel truly connected and supported, backing our virtual community, organizing team engagement events, celebrating achievements and milestones, hosting brainstorming sessions, clubs, coffee chats, or virtual gatherings, creating enjoyable opportunities for marketers to learn from one another, and cultivating a team culture that individuals genuinely enjoy being part of.

• Training & Education: Coordinating MMUs (MyMarketer University) workshops, organizing recordings and resources, assisting in sourcing marketing and AI concepts, updating our Knowledge Hub, and supporting internal documentation and playbooks.

• People Operations: Assisting with onboarding, tracking milestones, following up with team members, maintaining organized internal systems, and supporting recurring operational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in Mexico

• Proficient in English (writing, speaking, and comprehension)

• Over 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Marketing, Recruiting, Community Management, Marketing Operations, or Agency Account Coordination

• High-speed home internet connection

• A personal computer

• Comfort with AI technologies

• You should be: organized, proactive, warm and people-oriented, an effective communicator, detail-oriented, passionate about marketing, and motivated by the opportunity to help others grow

• Bonus points if you have: experience in recruiting marketers or creatives, worked in an agency or marketing firm, managed community spaces or events, or familiarity with Trello, Google Workspace, or AI tools
