HR Operations Analyst – Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the daily operations of the Human Resources department.

• Contribute to the creation and execution of onboarding procedures for the company.

• Aid in various facets of Human Resources administration, ensuring a remarkable onboarding experience for new hires.

• Organize and maintain employee files, and process necessary updates within the HRIS.

• Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager on different departmental initiatives.

• Oversee the HR inbox, providing timely, professional, and accurate responses to inquiries from employees and managers.

• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of employee benefit programs, wellness initiatives, and other offerings for employees.

• Process employee transactions within the HRIS system.

• Communicate new hire details and employee payroll modifications to the relevant parties.

• Maintain payroll tracking spreadsheets and produce reports.

• Act as an HRIS (ADP) administrator.

• Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and other Human Resources programs.

• Prepare and handle offboarding documentation for employees departing the company.

• Keep the Human Resources Manager informed about departmental activities, issues, and updates on processes.

• Identify and implement opportunities for ongoing process improvement.

• Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of five years’ experience in Human Resources.

• Comprehensive knowledge of benefits, HRIS, employee relations, recruitment, and employment laws.

• Ability to engage effectively with staff and management, fostering trust, confidence, and respect.

• Flexibility and understanding of the needs of others.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to multitask efficiently and accurately, with attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to recognize the importance of follow-through and follow-up.

• Must work within designated timeframes, meeting deadlines while being self-directed.

• Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of work materials as required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
