This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Assist in the execution of essential HR programs (performance, merit, benefits, recruiting) through the utilization of data and technology.
β’ Perform analysis on compensation and benefits to guide program design and assess effectiveness.
β’ Deliver insights aimed at enhancing talent outcomes, which include hiring, retention, and engagement.
β’ Oversee the analysis of workforce data (e.g., turnover, compensation, recruiting, engagement) to support decision-making.
β’ Convert people data into dashboards that produce actionable insights.
β’ Anticipate workforce requirements and assess the effectiveness and ROI of HR programs.
β’ Lead efforts in people analytics, ensuring that insights are contextualized within HR through collaboration with HR business partners, talent acquisition, internal communications & engagement, and HR operations teams.
β’ Collaborate across HR to pinpoint and prioritize significant opportunities to utilize AI.
β’ Leverage AI to facilitate autonomous workflows and automate HR processes on a large scale, allowing teams to concentrate on strategic, high-value tasks.
β’ Assess, implement, and enhance technologies that improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
β’ Manage and develop the HR technology stack (ADP, Greenhouse, Lattice, Litmos, etc.), including integrations and vendor relationships.
β’ Ensure the integrity, governance, and compliance of data across all HR systems.
β’ Work alongside HR Operations to maintain precise, compliant, and scalable people data.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in HR analytics, HR technology, or HR program management.
β’ Proven experience in dynamic, technology-oriented environments.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
β’ Strong expertise in HR systems, analytics, and programs.
β’ Experience in managing HR technology vendors and systems (e.g., ADP, Greenhouse, Lattice, Litmos) is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of AI and automation tools as they pertain to HR applications.
β’ Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of HR practices and compliance.
β’ Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
