This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Address Tier 1 (basic) inquiries and transactions associated with fundamental HR processes.
β’ Update and maintain Workday data related to the employee life cycle, including promotions, transfers, contract extensions, title changes, probation, and other job-related transactions.
β’ Exhibit strong proficiency in HR processes and established operating procedures.
β’ Communicate and disseminate processes, policies, and essential documentation to employees to aid in resolving queries or issues.
β’ Comply with and demonstrate proficiency in agreed-upon KPIs, SLAs, and customer service standards.
β’ Identify data discrepancies and escalate them to the HR Specialist, particularly for issues that cannot be resolved through self-service.
β’ Manage and coordinate inquiries using the case management tool.
β’ Oversee employee benefits and leave transactions.
β’ Ability to recognize and escalate complex queries to the appropriate owner.
β’ Handle employee onboarding formalities.
β’ Administer exit formalities.
β’ Strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
β’ Highly motivated, organized, and methodical in approach.
β’ Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with ongoing deadlines.
β’ Excellent customer service skills leveraging efficient processes.

β’ Strong understanding of core HR management practices, processes, procedures, and policies.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Previous experience in a Workday HR environment is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with case management tools is an added advantage.
β’ Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
β’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
β’ 1-3 years of experience in an HR or client services role preferred.
