• Initiate and oversee Paylocity onboarding activities.
• Manage the setup of new hire systems across various platforms.
• Collaborate with IT for the provisioning of equipment and ensure prompt delivery.
• Keep onboarding checklists, trackers, and procedural documentation up to date.
• Assist in the planning, logistics, and execution of Orientation.
• Address onboarding-related tickets, troubleshoot system access issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Act as a system administrator for Paylocity modules.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to facilitate smooth transitions from candidate to employee through Greenhouse.
• Ensure data accuracy across HR systems by conducting audits and maintaining alignment.
• Spot opportunities to refine onboarding processes and boost operational efficiency.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field.
• 1-4 years of experience in scaling onboarding processes within a multi-state, high-growth organization.
• Familiarity with systems such as HealthStream (LMS), KIPU (EHR), Microsoft 365, and IT ticketing systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated expertise in process improvement and efficiency scaling.
• Experience in supporting remote and hybrid workforces.
• Background in HR operations or HR technology in behavioral health or healthcare settings.
• Capability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment!
