This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee all onboarding processes for both clinical and administrative personnel.
• Assist new employees in navigating onboarding platforms and confirm the prompt submission of necessary documentation.
• Prepare and send out offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials.
• Organize background checks, drug testing, and account configurations.
• Gather and authenticate clinical licenses and certifications, including RN, LVN, PT, OT, CPR, immunizations, TB tests, and other pertinent records.
• Monitor and track credential expiration dates utilizing HRIS or compliance systems.
• Proactively send reminders for renewals and ensure follow-up until completion.
• Ensure adherence to state regulations, Medicare and Medicaid guidelines, as well as accreditation criteria.
• Initiate and oversee background checks, OIG exclusions, and reference verifications with approved vendors.
• Evaluate screening results and escalate any concerns to HR leadership.
• Maintain precise records in accordance with FCRA, EEOC, and internal policies.
• Verify that all onboarding forms, credentialing documents, and training records are finalized before the orientation.
• Keep personnel files accurate, confidential, and compliant with HIPAA regulations.
• Regularly audit files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and propose enhancements for onboarding and credentialing procedures.
• Create reports detailing onboarding progress, credential compliance, and documents nearing expiration.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR onboarding, credentialing, or compliance is required.
• Previous experience in healthcare or home health settings is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of confidentiality, compliance, and documentation protocols.
• Exceptional attention to detail alongside robust organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and background check services is necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to efficiently manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously without errors.
• You will receive compensation in **USD** (bi-monthly: on the 15th and 30th).
