HR Manager/Senior HR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implement HR strategies and initiatives while collaborating with business leaders to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent.

• Act as a reliable resource for employees and managers regarding workplace issues, conflict resolution, and performance-related matters.

• Create and execute employee engagement programs that strengthen company culture and uphold core values.

• Manage the performance review process, including goal-setting frameworks and calibration procedures.

• Assist in succession planning and the development of training programs.

• Contribute to global compensation initiatives (e.g., Salary Review, STI, LTI).

• Ensure that HR policies and practices adhere to local employment legislation and industry-specific guidelines.

• Supervise HRIS data accuracy, reporting, and process enhancements.

• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors.

• Proven understanding of employment law and HR compliance regulations.

• Experience in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, employee relations, and performance management activities.

• Proficient in HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
