HR Manager – DACH Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• HR Administration: Oversee and assist employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, which includes contract management, onboarding, offboarding, and the preparation of employment references along with related documentation.

• Employee & Manager Support: Act as a reliable point of contact for both employees and managers, providing guidance on a variety of HR-related subjects and daily personnel matters.

• Recruitment: Facilitate the comprehensive recruitment process, manage candidate activities, conduct interviews, and work in partnership with external stakeholders.

• HR Processes & Projects: Engage in the ongoing enhancement of HR processes and take an active role in the planning and execution of HR projects.

• Employment Law & Compliance: Guarantee compliance with relevant labor laws and internal policies, upholding high standards of adherence and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.

• Professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Generalist, HR Manager role, or a similar position.

• Solid understanding of employment law and fundamental HR processes.

• Strong sense of responsibility, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive, solution-focused approach.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.

• Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
