This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee comprehensive HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, personnel changes, offboarding, and HR administration.
• Supervise HR functions for permanent staff, contract workers, and EOR personnel while ensuring adherence to organizational and legal standards.
• Guarantee prompt and precise processing of employment documentation, employee records, contracts, and HR transactions while upholding data integrity within Workday.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and organizational leaders to provide effective HR services and an outstanding employee experience.
• Propel ongoing enhancement of HR processes, policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational excellence, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, governance activities, and HR analytics to facilitate informed business decisions.
• Work alongside business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, offering guidance on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
• Lead initiatives for performance management, talent management, succession planning, learning and development, and employee development.
• Mentor and advise managers on employee relations, people management, change management, and HR best practices.
• Evaluate workforce metrics and propose HR interventions that improve organizational capability and business performance.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment laws, including the Employment Rights Act, Equality Act 2010, Working Time Regulations, Agency Workers Regulations (AWR), Right to Work requirements, UK GDPR, National Minimum Wage laws, and IR35.
• Provide management with guidance on HR policies, employment legislation, disciplinary issues, grievances, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to minimize employment-related risks and ensure that HR policies are aligned with UK regulations.
• Manage HR operations for contract workers and the Employer of Record (EOR) workforce, including onboarding, contract renewals, transfers, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, client contractual obligations, IR35, Agency Workers Regulations (AWR), Right to Work requirements, and EOR compliance duties.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external EOR partners to guarantee seamless workforce management and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate employee and contractor information in Workday and utilize HR analytics to provide workforce insights that support business decision-making.
• Drive the optimization of Workday processes and enhance HR operational efficiencies.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Between 7 and 10 years of progressive HR experience with substantial exposure to HR Operations and HR Business Partnering.
• Essential experience in supporting UK HR operations.
• Highly preferred experience in contract staffing, Employer of Record (EOR), recruitment, staffing, or consulting firms.
• CIPD Level 5/7 certification is a beneficial addition.
