HR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional HRBP leadership, coaching, and support for employees in global commercial and engineering sectors.

• Collaborate with BPS leaders to implement impactful business changes.

• Design and execute HR strategies, processes, and initiatives that are in line with business goals.

• Oversee all elements of the Talent Review Excellence process for the BPS commercial and engineering teams.

• Assist with M&A activities from due diligence through to integration.

• Cultivate positive employee relations across various facilities.

• Work alongside hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• At least 8 years of progressive HR experience with increasing responsibilities, ideally in both manufacturing and commercial settings.

• A minimum of 5 years serving as an HR Business Partner in a global context.

• Proven ability in talent development, team engagement, cultural transformation, and driving strategic business growth.

• Strong knowledge of HR functions, encompassing talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

• Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
