β’ Deliver exceptional HRBP leadership, coaching, and support for employees in global commercial and engineering sectors.
β’ Collaborate with BPS leaders to implement impactful business changes.
β’ Design and execute HR strategies, processes, and initiatives that are in line with business goals.
β’ Oversee all elements of the Talent Review Excellence process for the BPS commercial and engineering teams.
β’ Assist with M&A activities from due diligence through to integration.
β’ Cultivate positive employee relations across various facilities.
β’ Work alongside hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
β’ At least 8 years of progressive HR experience with increasing responsibilities, ideally in both manufacturing and commercial settings.
β’ A minimum of 5 years serving as an HR Business Partner in a global context.
β’ Proven ability in talent development, team engagement, cultural transformation, and driving strategic business growth.
β’ Strong knowledge of HR functions, encompassing talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
