HR Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise daily HR functions encompassing employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy enforcement

• Formulate and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives

• Oversee the onboarding, engagement, retention, and disciplinary processes for employees

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, governmental regulations, and internal policies

• Manage the administration of compensation and benefits

• Supervise payroll processing and maintain HR documentation

• Coordinate and assist with tax-related filings and compliance obligations; experience with the tax bureau is highly desirable

• Collaborate with leadership and department heads on workforce planning and organizational development

• Assist with recruitment efforts for critical roles when needed

• Maintain and enhance HR systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms

• Promote a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in Human Resources

• Previous experience in a BPO company is essential

• In-depth understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, compliance, and employee relations

• Experience with payroll, tax filings, and government compliance is a significant advantage

• Demonstrated ability to manage HR operations autonomously

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution abilities

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment

• Experience managing multicultural and diverse employees or global teams is a notable plus

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
