This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Assist in the recruitment of new team members across various departments.
β’ Oversee employee development along with all other HR-related functions.
β’ Enhance HR processes, such as onboarding and employee feedback mechanisms.
β’ Deploy an HR management software solution.
β’ Recognize HR trends and formulate specific, actionable strategies.
β’ Manage operational personnel administration, including leave requests, company bike programs (Jobrad), team events, and more.
β’ A degree in business, communications, social sciences, or a similar vocational qualification.
β’ Several years of experience in operational HR (preferably in a start-up setting) along with knowledge of employment law.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a proactive approach.
β’ Proficient in MS Office or G Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
β’ Fluent in German and business-fluent in English.
