This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Oversee and direct all HR and personnel-related facets of M&A and other corporate transactions, ensuring that the objectives and timelines of the deal team are achieved.
β’ Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Corporate Development, Finance, and Legal departments to create optimal HR solutions and facilitate successful deal outcomes.
β’ Ensure adherence to local labor regulations, organizational standards, and policies by identifying, defining, and managing personnel issues during due diligence, while implementing suitable risk mitigation strategies during integration.
β’ Proven experience in leading HR M&A transactions within a corporate or consulting setting.
β’ In-depth understanding of the M&A deal lifecycle, the dynamics of the deal process, and the fundamentals of HR M&A.
β’ Demonstrated capability in cultivating strong stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication channels, and establishing trust within a globally matrixed organization.
β’ Technical proficiency in at least one of the following areas: organizational design/global job architecture, HR operations & technology (Workday/Strada), or global benefits.
