This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Act as a vital thought partner to the President & CEO, CFO, Strategy Leader, and MMA PCS Leadership Team, tasked with crafting and implementing a systematic, scalable people strategy that fosters growth, integration, and sustained high performance.
• Manage the comprehensive people agenda, encompassing organizational design, role clarity, performance management, career planning and pathing, learning and development, producer development (in conjunction with Sales), talent acquisition, change management, and workforce planning.
• Develop a strong feedback culture and recognition program that will shape the overall employee engagement strategy, utilizing employee engagement surveys to transform results into actionable improvement plans.
• Establish a standardized change management capability by defining clear ownership, repeatable frameworks, and disciplined execution, integrating this capability into communications, training, and adoption strategies for future transformations, ensuring alignment among leaders and consistent execution.
• Partner with the MMA PCS Chief Growth Officer and Producer Development Leader to create and implement a producer development model, including compensation frameworks that enhance producer economics and incentivize performance (such as producer economic models and compensation plan designs).
• Proven leadership experience in Human Resources is essential, with 8-10 years of generalist experience that includes a solid understanding of HR employment law, policies/practices, recruiting, and organizational development, particularly in workforce planning.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; an advanced degree or SPHR designation is preferred.
• Experience in a sales environment is advantageous, along with a demonstrated ability to align business goals with HR initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient analytical, strategic planning, communication, conflict resolution, and listening abilities.
• Demonstrated success and experience in managing change within a dynamic environment.
• Capability to effectively cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with management and peers.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must.
