This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Development and enhancement of HR processes for the operations direction within the company.
β’ Launch of HR initiatives with measurable impacts on business and team growth.
β’ Serve as a change driver during periods of active scaling and company growth.
β’ Build and optimize talent management processes within the operational team and collaborate with remote specialists (Moderation, Supply, Support, etc.).
β’ Support and develop leadership through coaching and regular 1:1 meetings with managers.
β’ Make data-driven decisions based on HR analytics and research.
β’ Design and implement HR initiatives that enhance engagement, effectiveness, and collaborative team atmosphere.
β’ Manage the L&D direction: identify needs, implement training programs, and assess their effectiveness.
β’ You have 5+ years of experience in the HR field, including over a year in the HRBP role.
β’ Experience in building HR processes from scratch and implementing them in rapidly growing teams.
β’ Ability to optimize all stages of the employee lifecycle for various teams.
β’ Implemented HR projects with a significant impact on business outcomes and metrics.
β’ Proficient in working with HR analytics to evaluate process effectiveness and make data-informed decisions.
β’ Experience in conducting HR surveys, analyzing results, and developing actions to improve engagement.
β’ Ambition, proactivity, and a results-focused mindset enable you to initiate change.
