This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
β’ Ensure adherence to Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and internal company policies.
β’ Keep precise employee records, contracts, recruitment documents, and HR files.
β’ Foster positive employee relations by offering coaching, guidance, and HR support to both employees and clients.
β’ Spearhead initiatives for employee engagement, culture enhancement, and retention.
β’ Manage compensation, benefits administration, leave management, and timekeeping in partnership with Payroll and Finance.
β’ Provide HR advice to clients regarding HR policies, leave management, and workforce processes.
β’ Administer and maintain HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
β’ Create, implement, and continuously refine HR policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
β’ Generate HR reports, workforce metrics, and analytics to inform business decisions.
β’ Coordinate compliance audits, policy evaluations, and document management.
β’ Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Learning & Development teams to facilitate smooth onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and employee support processes.
β’ Work alongside the Australian General Manager throughout the recruitment cycle, from client discovery to candidate offers and reference checks.
β’ Assist with workforce planning, resource allocation, and initiatives aimed at operational efficiency.
β’ Identify opportunities to enhance workflows through automation and process improvements.
β’ Support the CEO and General Manager in cross-functional initiatives that involve HR, business operations, and organizational enhancement.
β’ Engage in projects that promote business growth, operational excellence, and improved employee experience.
β’ Possess analytical thinking skills with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with Human Resources certification.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in an associate or equivalent role.
β’ Fluent in English - capable of communicating clearly, professionally, and confidently in both verbal and written forms.
β’ Preference for candidates with experience as in-house HR support for non-BPO companies.
β’ Experience with both high-volume and targeted recruitment is advantageous.
β’ Proven recent experience that involves regular day-to-day interaction with staff or in a process- and admin-driven professional setting.
β’ Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations are preferred.
