HR-IT Spezialist, Datenbanken & Reporting, LOGA Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Maintenance, optimization, and further development of the database structures related to our payroll system LOGA3.

• Setup, management, and enhancement of interfaces to adjacent HR systems, particularly scheduling and time management systems.

• Creation and advancement of evaluations using Scout, as well as support for controlling and specialist departments with data-driven inquiries.

• Ensuring a stable and reliable system operation in the interaction of payroll, HR, and related IT systems.

• Support during release changes, execution of test runs, and technical development within the LOGA environment.

• Close coordination with the payroll team and other HR IT specialists at the intersection of technology and payroll.

⛳️ Requirements

• Training as an IT specialist or a degree in (business) informatics, or alternatively, a comparable IT qualification.

• Solid professional experience in dealing with relational databases and in the integration of interfaces and system integration.

• Practical knowledge of LOGA or LOGA3, or a similar HR and payroll processing system.

• Experience working with key figures, reports, and evaluation tools, ideally Scout or a comparable BI tool.

• Familiarity with payroll or wage processing processes is welcome, but not mandatory.

• Analytical and structured working style, enjoyment of technical contexts, and effective communication with contacts from HR, IT, and specialist departments.
