HR-IT Specialist, Databases & Reporting – LOGA Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee, refine, and enhance the database architectures associated with our payroll system, LOGA3.

• Establish, administer, and improve interfaces with related HR systems, particularly those for roster and time management.

• Develop and advance analyses utilizing Scout, providing support to Controlling and business units with data-driven inquiries.

• Guarantee stable and dependable system operations across payroll, HR, and associated IT systems.

• Assist with release modifications, conduct test runs, and promote technical improvements within the LOGA environment.

• Collaborate closely with the payroll team and other HR-IT specialists at the intersection of technology and payroll.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a degree in (business) computer science, or an equivalent IT qualification.

• Significant professional experience with relational databases and in establishing interfaces and system integration.

• Hands-on experience with LOGA or LOGA3, or a similar HR and payroll system.

• Familiarity with KPIs, reports, and reporting tools, preferably Scout or a comparable BI tool.

• Knowledge of payroll or compensation processes is advantageous but not mandatory.

• A methodical and analytical work approach, enthusiasm for technical subjects, and effective communication skills with contacts in HR, IT, and business units.
