HR IT Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and execute recruitment strategies for positions related to Salesforce, SAP, and ERP.

• Identify candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach efforts.

• Perform initial screenings of candidates and arrange interviews.

• Keep candidate records current in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Work closely with hiring managers to grasp job requirements and provide timely updates.

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates and enhance the company's employer branding.

• Remain informed about industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

• 1-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically focusing on Salesforce, SAP, and ERP positions.

• Strong knowledge of the technical skills necessary for these roles.

• Exceptional sourcing and networking capabilities.

• Proficient in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to operate independently in a remote work setting.

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
