HR Intern – Employer Branding & Recruiting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assume complete ownership of the entire recruiting process: from crafting job postings and evaluating applications to coordinating interviews.

• You will play a key role in shaping the onboarding experience for new colleagues and ensuring a smooth introduction.

• You will assist with online marketing, develop creative content for various social media platforms, and bring your own ideas to the table.

• You will participate in brief team meetings and collaborate closely with various departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are pursuing a degree in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field — preferably with a specialization in HR or Personnel Management.

• You possess strong communication skills, enjoy engaging with people, and have a keen awareness of their needs.

• You are self-driven, organized, and capable of maintaining an overview even in fast-paced situations.

• You relish new challenges and excel at finding innovative solutions.

• You have excellent German language skills and good proficiency in English.
