This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will assume complete ownership of the entire recruiting process: from crafting job postings and evaluating applications to coordinating interviews.
β’ You will play a key role in shaping the onboarding experience for new colleagues and ensuring a smooth introduction.
β’ You will assist with online marketing, develop creative content for various social media platforms, and bring your own ideas to the table.
β’ You will participate in brief team meetings and collaborate closely with various departments.
β’ You are pursuing a degree in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field β preferably with a specialization in HR or Personnel Management.
β’ You possess strong communication skills, enjoy engaging with people, and have a keen awareness of their needs.
β’ You are self-driven, organized, and capable of maintaining an overview even in fast-paced situations.
β’ You relish new challenges and excel at finding innovative solutions.
β’ You have excellent German language skills and good proficiency in English.
