This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Assist in the complete recruitment process from start to finish.
β’ Support the onboarding process for new employees.
β’ Aid in the management of HR-related data.
β’ Ensure that HR information remains current and accurate.
β’ Provide administrative support for the HR Self-Service system, including training new team members on its use.
β’ Generate various HR reports, such as monthly headcount summaries and other demographic analyses, as required.
β’ Develop presentation materials for reports by creating tables, graphs, charts, maps, and other visual aids.
β’ Maintain the HR calendar, considering approved company vacations and government-designated special holidays.
β’ Conduct audits of HR information and other data to ensure data integrity is upheld.
β’ Draft Certificates of Employment (COE) for each request.
β’ Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned from time to time.
β’ University student; ideally with a requirement for on-the-job training (OJT).
β’ A keen interest in human resources management, HR data and analytics, or related disciplines.
β’ Eagerness to learn about recruitment processes, HR data management, headcount planning, and legal requirements.
β’ Strong attention to detail.
β’ Highly organized and meticulous, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
β’ Excellent problem-solving abilities along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
β’ Strategic thinker with the ability to look beyond routine operational tasks.
β’ Remote-first work environment.
