HR Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Advertise job openings across various platforms;

• Identify and attract candidates through headhunting;

• Arrange and facilitate interviews;

• Assist the hiring process in collaboration with HR/Payroll (Personnel Department);

• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires;

• Engage in organizing internal events and initiatives to boost employee engagement;

• Help with updates to the intranet;

• Keep internal HR records and controls up to date;

• Offer suggestions for internal actions and initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Psychology, from the 5th semester onward;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;

• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;

• Enjoy collaborating with others and being part of a team;

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection is advantageous;

• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Gupy, and Feedz is a plus.
