This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Assist in the creation and execution of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
β’ Support the HR team in collecting and analyzing employee feedback through surveys and focus groups.
β’ Organize team-building activities and events to cultivate a positive workplace culture.
β’ Help maintain HR communication platforms, ensuring that employees are updated on engagement activities.
β’ Aid in the organization of onboarding programs to improve the experiences of new employees.
β’ Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of inclusion and diversity throughout the organization.
β’ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
β’ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Capability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
β’ Proficiency in Google Workspace.
β’ Sharp attention to detail.
β’ Proactive attitude and readiness to take initiative.
β’ Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
β’ Positive demeanor and enthusiasm for learning.
β’ Must be located in the Philippines.
