This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Recruitment assistance: You will aid in posting and updating job listings while supporting the entire recruitment process.
β’ Candidate management: From the first contact to the interview stage β you will organize and coordinate the entire process and actively engage in the selection procedure.
β’ Administrative responsibilities: You will maintain employee files, respond to inquiries, and manage requests for personnel documents.
β’ Onboarding support: You will play a key role in shaping our onboarding process and assist new team members during their integration.
β’ Project involvement: You will take on smaller projects independently and contribute innovative ideas to our HR strategies.
β’ Organized work approach: You work with precision, independently, and maintain an overview even when juggling multiple tasks.
β’ Collaborative mindset: You work well with others and communicate in a clear and open manner.
β’ Resilience and approachability: You stay friendly and solution-focused even in busy or high-pressure situations.
β’ Proficient Office skills: You are skilled in common Office applications and actively utilize digital tools.
β’ Commitment: You should be able to commit to the internship for a minimum of 3 months.
β’ Previous HR experience is advantageous but not mandatory!
