
HR Information Systems Product Owner – Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership and effectively communicate the product vision for Workday and other HR Tools within Payroll & Total Rewards.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and internal technology partners.
• Establish a disciplined approach to project management and governance processes.
• Work alongside technical resources to ensure the health of the platform.
• Create and manage a backlog of product and release requirements.
• Develop and maintain robust working relationships with the leadership of Payroll and Time & Absence.
• Assess available options and determine the most suitable course of action.
• Proactively identify, address, or escalate issues as they arise.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll, compensation, time & absence, HR systems, or related business/technology roles.
• Proven understanding of global payroll ecosystems.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
• Familiarity with global payroll vendors and platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a Product Owner or functional lead.
