This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including business units, HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll to assess business requirements and provide efficient, comprehensive global HCM process and technology solutions.
• Act as the primary support resource for UKG Pro configuration, troubleshooting issues, and addressing user inquiries.
• Oversee the foundational system setup, which includes managing business rules, workflows, security roles, and data tables.
• Continuously monitor system performance and proactively seek opportunities for enhancements.
• Create and maintain documentation related to processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Lead small-scale HRIS projects and system upgrades from the initial requirements gathering stage through testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Create, update, and enhance UKG Pro workflows (such as onboarding, job changes, and manager self-service functionalities).
• Manage role-based access security, conduct monthly access audits, and adhere to least privilege standards.
• Review UKG release notes on a monthly/quarterly basis, evaluate impacts, and test updates accordingly.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT to ensure that system functionalities align with business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro (Core HCM is essential; experience with Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, or Talent is preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, U.S. employment regulations, and payroll fundamentals.
• Familiarity with HR compliance regulations such as FLSA, FMLA, ACA, and payroll tax laws.
• Proven experience in supporting and optimizing HRIS processes, including configuration, troubleshooting, and compliance alignment across global regions.
• Experience in workflow configuration, system audits, and role-based security management.
• Hands-on experience in UKG Pro configuration and system administration.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and effectively communicate technical information.
• Experience in supporting integrations via API, SFTP, or vendor feeds.
• UKG Pro certifications or completion of UKG training modules.
