HR Generalist – Support Center

📋 Description

• Employee Contact Management: Oversee internal employee inquiries directed to the Employee Resource Center for resolution.

• Decision-Making: Provide high-level judgment recommendations in scenarios lacking clear guidance.

• Process and Service Delivery Oversight (low to medium complexity).

• Identify and address root causes of high-volume inquiries and defects.

• Align with HRSC Operational strategy to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Project Management: Create project plans, obtain resources, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams to establish strategy, goals, and adherence to timelines and deliverables.

• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Foster and maintain effective partnerships with the HR team, Payroll teams, Program Stakeholders, and key business sponsors within the HR organization to stay informed on their changes and business strategies.

• Escalate flawed processes to partner teams and propose solutions to enhance overall customer experience.

• Process Improvement: Assist in process enhancements, redesign, and sharing of best practices.

• Reporting: Generate reports and present trends.


⛳️ Requirements

• A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

• An associate degree is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to manage customer contacts in a dynamic environment.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Basic understanding of US legislation related to HR and Labor; global knowledge is an advantage.

• Proven capability to identify process defects, recommend improvements, and implement changes.

• Strong skills in relationship building.

• Extensive knowledge of HR processes and policies.

• Experience collaborating with senior leaders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on growth and scalability.

• Exceptional collaboration skills with a focus on team development.

• Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
