HR Generalist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Address intricate Human Resources cases while offering expert guidance on employee lifecycle transactions, policy interpretation, time and attendance, benefits, and various Human Resources inquiries.

• Collaborate with People Partners, Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence to facilitate case escalation, issue resolution, and comprehensive service delivery.

• Assist leaders in managing performance-related administration, documentation requirements, and Human Resources processes.

• Engage in talent acquisition activities as assigned.

• Record case activities and ensure accurate documentation within Human Resources systems for compliance, auditability, reporting, and knowledge management.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and assess recurring issues.

• Play a role in the standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives across Human Resources Service Delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in Human Resources operations, shared services, employee relations support, or as an HR generalist or in a specialty discipline.

• Proven experience in independently managing complex Human Resources cases according to established policies and procedures.

• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), case management systems, and associated business applications.

• Skilled in data analysis, trend identification, and supporting process improvement efforts.

• Experience in supporting multiple sites, business units, or operating companies.

• Background in providing compensation or hiring assistance during recruitment processes.

• Experience in a shared services or case management environment.
