This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Guaranteeing timely and accurate payroll for all employees.
β’ Overseeing employee benefits programs, which encompasses enrollments, modifications, and terminations.
β’ Ensuring adherence to relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
β’ Managing meticulous HR operations, including the integrity of HRIS (Rippling) data, employee records, and regular HR reporting.
β’ Assisting in candidate screening and filtering for standard high-volume positions, along with providing light recruiting support such as job postings and interview coordination as required.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree or equivalent practical experience.
β’ 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, specifically with direct responsibility for payroll processing and benefits administration.
β’ Familiarity with U.S. federal and state employment laws, wage and hour regulations, and HR compliance practices.
β’ Practical experience with HRIS and payroll systems (preferably Rippling), along with strong proficiency in data and spreadsheets.
β’ Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to meet regular deadlines.
β’ Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
β’ Good judgment and capacity to manage confidential information discreetly.
