This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ Develop and oversee the HR function for a rapidly expanding organization.
β’ Support international operations while ensuring compliance with regulations.
β’ Establish standardized documentation for HR processes.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to facilitate team development and organizational structure.
β’ Practical experience as an HR Generalist.
β’ Capability to function both strategically and tactically.
β’ Knowledge of HR policies and compliance requirements.
β’ Experience with performance management cycles.
β’ Understanding of Spanish labor law and relevant local regulations.
β’ Proficiency in implementing HR systems and tools.
β’ Develop, uphold, and enforce HR policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
β’ Ensure payroll accuracy, resolve payroll issues, and manage benefits administration, time-off policies, and local compliance requirements effectively.
β’ Oversee employment contracts, onboarding and offboarding processes, equipment provisioning, and maintenance of the HRIS.
β’ Create performance management cycles, including 90-day, 6-month, and annual reviews.
β’ Implement professional development programs, learning and development initiatives, and pathways for internal mobility.
β’ Ensure adherence to Spanish labor law and local regulations.
β’ Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with international HR practices.
