HR Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the HR function for a rapidly expanding organization.

• Support international operations while ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Establish standardized documentation for HR processes.

• Collaborate with leadership to facilitate team development and organizational structure.

• Practical experience as an HR Generalist.

• Capability to function both strategically and tactically.

• Knowledge of HR policies and compliance requirements.

• Experience with performance management cycles.

• Understanding of Spanish labor law and relevant local regulations.

• Proficiency in implementing HR systems and tools.

• Ensure payroll accuracy, resolve payroll issues, and manage benefits administration, time-off policies, and local compliance requirements effectively.

• Oversee employment contracts, onboarding and offboarding processes, equipment provisioning, and maintenance of the HRIS.

• Create performance management cycles, including 90-day, 6-month, and annual reviews.

• Implement professional development programs, learning and development initiatives, and pathways for internal mobility.

• Ensure adherence to Spanish labor law and local regulations.

• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with international HR practices.
