HR Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with our business partners to develop, enhance, and maintain industry standards and infrastructure.

• Delivering HR Generalist services primarily to a designated segment of the organization.

• Managing essential HR processes such as Employment Offers, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Policies and Procedures, Leaves of Absence, and Terminations, including relevant processing in the HRIS system.

• Partnering with the Recruiting Team to discuss hiring and position updates.

• Organizing regular meetings with managers to address recruitment, hiring, and various employee-related matters.

• Conducting Employee Exit Interviews, engaging in other employee relations activities, and potentially assisting with benefits-related issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in hiring, onboarding, and HRIS.

• Strong HRIS experience is essential (experience with UKG is preferred but not mandatory).

• Previous experience with internal investigations, corrective actions, and discharge is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to effectively and efficiently support employees and managers across multiple states/locations in a predominantly virtual setting via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

• Excellent customer service, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Dedication to process improvement and creating efficiencies.

• Ability to forge and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues throughout the organization, as well as with internal and external customers.

• Self-driven with a keen attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.

• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is essential.

• Willingness to assist wherever necessary to support colleagues and the organization.
